Estimates and Contracts

All estimates provided by Diversified Roofing Solutions Inc. are subject to change based on the discovery of unforeseen issues during the repair or replacement process, such as rotted wood or structural damage. A finalized contract outlining the scope of work, materials, and total cost will be required before work commences.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual contract. Generally, a deposit is required to secure materials and schedule your project, with the remaining balance due upon completion and satisfactory final inspection.

Warranties and Guarantees

We proudly offer manufacturer warranties on materials (e.g., GAF, CertainTeed) as well as our own workmanship guarantees. The specific terms, duration, and limitations of these warranties will be provided to you in writing upon completion of the project. Manufacturer warranties are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the respective manufacturer.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Diversified Roofing Solutions Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
